Our Projects

Enabling Change

We run community engagement programmes that encourage changemakers to connect closely with & mobilise local communities, in order to prototype solutions that meet a real need. These are followed by concrete post programme support to ensure sustainability.

The latest is a 10-week programme that is part of "Enabling Change", aimed to impact on persons with disabilities and their caregivers in Singapore.

Enabling Change is a collaborative effort powered by Singtel and supported by the National Youth Council, *SCAPE, SG Enable, Eden Strategy Institute, and Singapore Makers, among others.

Singapore International Foundation

Singapore International Foundation's Young Social Entrepreneurs (YSE) programme inspires, equips and enables youth of different nationalities to start or scale up their social enterprises in Singapore and beyond. An annual program since 2010, it brings together social entrepreneurs from across the globe and provides selected social entrepreneurs the know-how and resources to create positive change for a better world.

As one of the supporting organisations for the program, ChangeBug brought a practitioner’s approach to help entrepreneurs engage the community and measure the success of their social initiatives. Our workshops on Introduction to Community & You and Project Evaluation & Impact Assessment, gave entrepreneurs a practical approach to managing their local communities and evaluating the impact of their projects.

This is the second time we are working with the organisers. At SAMH, our mission is Mental Wellness for All. We actively support the changemakers from ChangeBug’s programs because they are able to think out of the box and bring fresh perspectives - some of which can be applied back to our daily work.
