Hui Teng is a former economist with MAS who went through the ups & downs of the startup life. As a co-founder of a tech enterprise, she attended business incubators like IdeasINC & Founder's Institute. Moving on after a failed first try full of learning, she decided to switch to pursue a more meaningful career.
As a researcher & grant-maker at the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre, she then spent the past years putting her hands-on experience to good use supporting local social enterprises through their journey. Most recently she played a key role in the success of a community engagement pilot programme for young Changemakers focusing on youth issues.
Parnita Rane, Co-Founder
Parnita's passion for entrepreneurship started at a very young age, where she started a venture along with her mother.
A career that started as a financial analyst, her business background moved her on to an entrepreneurship driven role. She began working withUnLtd India, a launchpad for social changemakers that bring long-term solutions to India's social problems. As a business coach and mentor to social entrepreneurs in India, she funded and supported ideas and growth-stage ventures looking to scale up. Through her past experience she has witnessed the journey of being a social changemaker right from the ideation to mature stage of running proven social businesses.
Roshan D'Souza, Advisor
Roshan works with the Incubation Team atUnLtd India providing Incubation support to social entrepreneurs, connecting them with the resources they need to achieve maximum impact.
He provides business coaching, consulting and training to social entrepreneurs for profit and non-profit ventures to maximise their capacity for social Impact. Currently with UnLtd India expanding across India through a network of independent affiliates, Roshan is also working with Network Team at developing innovative ways to provide quality support to Incubators in their states/regions.
